Make sure your belly is hungry as dinner will start at 5pm.\u00a0 It\u00a0will be buffet style and will include- BBQ chicken and ribs, potato salad, garden fresh green salad, baked beans, corn bread, fresh fruit, and ice tea or lemonade.\u00a0 If you have never been out to Elk Lake you don\u2019t know what you are missing.\u00a0 This resort has a rustic lodge that will be available to us, if the weather doesn&#8217;t allow us to stay outside.\u00a0 It over looks Elk Lake and they provide fantastic food.\u00a0 The atmosphere will make you feel like you are on a beautiful summer picnic.\u00a0 There are many activities you are able to do out at the lake, so feel free to come early and fish, hike, or just relax.\u00a0 There are cabin rentals too, if you want to make it a long weekend out there.
