So, to hold myself over until I was able to order myself a new pair I went to a local bait shop that I knew had a ton of sunglasses. There on the counter was some new ones that I hadn&#8217;t seen last time I was in. I found a pair on the rack from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maxxsunglasses.com\" target=\"_blank\">Maxx<\/a> that had similar frame that I wore in my Costas. After asking a few questions about them I figured I would give them a try. The pair I went with was the<a href=\"http:\/\/www.maxxsunglasses.com\/products\/fusion.html\" target=\"_blank\"> Black Framed Fusion<\/a> with HDP lenses; the glasses have amber lenses and are polarized. They retail for only $19.95, so I had nothing to lose for giving them a try.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorblog.net\/outinmichigan\/files\/2011\/07\/100_1012.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1439\" src=\"http:\/\/www.outdoorblog.net\/outinmichigan\/files\/2011\/07\/100_1012-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.outdoorblog.net\/outinmichigan\/files\/2011\/07\/100_1012-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.outdoorblog.net\/outinmichigan\/files\/2011\/07\/100_1012-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.outdoorblog.net\/outinmichigan\/files\/2011\/07\/100_1012-500x375.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>The first time I had these on while fishing was a wade fishing trip for Channel Catfish, and I was impressed with them right away. They had the clearest view into the water I have ever seen from a pair of sunglasses at this price point. The amount of glare they cut was very good also. I was able to make out some pretty small minnows swimming right under the surface over 10 yards away.<\/p>\n<p>The only drawback I have found with them is the frame weight, but I am comparing them with my Fathoms that I lost which are very light frames. The frame itself though seems to be pretty durable and I have yet to break them. In fact I haven&#8217;t been treating them too kindly, I have been throwing them around and I have to have any breakage. The frames are tough and I have yet to even scratch the lenses, let alone shatter the polycarbonate lenses. The clarity gives you an HD feel to your world when your wearing them.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reliability:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>So far I have been unable to even break them, the shatterproof lens have taken everything I have given them, short of a sinker to lens.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Price\/Value :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The price on these is great! I think they could even ask a little more for them and get it. These are the best value I have ever seen in the $29.99 and under price point for sunglasses<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Referability:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If I knew someone that need a good pair of glasses and in a hurry or someone that loses them often I would recommend these to them.
