Troy Neimann is a professional employer, speaker and outdoor enthusiast who resides in Oregon. He has built a career advising small business employee administration while pursuing passions in the outdoors. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, he has been successful hunting and fishing for big game while sharing techniques with others. He is a prior President of the Central Oregon Professionals (PROS) and an active member with Oregon Hunters Association (OHA), Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF), Bend – Redmond Chamber of Commerce and a team leader for the American Cancer Society Relay for Life.
Neimann is an entrepreneur who with his brother created and managed the NW Supercross Series which, hosted hundreds or racers, vendors, sponsors along with thousands of spectators for over ten years. He “co-created” the Public Lands Elk Hunting seminars with author Gary Lewis that has traveled the Northwest with Joe’s, Sportsman’s Warehouse and multiple independent store locations. He recently placed 7th at the RMEF Elk Calling World Championships professional division in Reno, NV. and 3rd in the Oregon State Elk Calling Championships.
Being a veteran, Neimann received his education in Meteorology and Oceanography from the University of Illinois while serving in the US Navy at Chanute Air Force Base. He completed his tour during Desert Storm aboard the battleship USS New Jersey (BB-62) and received multiple awards and commendations. He returned to Central Oregon where he graduated Firefighter and Paramedic school while working for the Bend Fire Dept.
