I thought I would give this old product review a bump back up to the top of the list. I wrote it late into the ice fishing season last year. I hope this some guys out has they are shopping for a new line this season.
So this winter I wanted to really give this line a run down. So I filled up all of my Panfish rods with it. I went with 3lb test in both the Clear and the Hi-vis Orange. One of the biggest problems with mono during the winter time is that the line will soak up water which will build up with ice and become very stiff and unfishable. For a long time Trilene Micro Ice
Well finally a line can match up! It also has improved upon mirco ice in two places, and that is abrasion resistance, and water absorption. Sufix
