Thanks Tom! If you didn’t have a chance to read Tom’s post titled, Change!, go check it out!
I am really excited about FreshTrax™ and all the great companies we are working with. This is going to be another great adventure for sure!
I just returned from a marketing campaign in Taipei, Taiwan. I no more touched down after the long flight, got a little sleep, grabbed my new Kenetrek™ boots – literally out of the box – and took off for a 9-hour drive to the Wenaha-Tucannon Wilderness to do some scouting for my upcoming fall elk hunt.
Upon arriving I hit the trail, hiked in 9 miles, set up camp, did a little more scouting and picked up a few sheds. I was up at daylight and hiked back out, exploring along the way, but still making it home late on Sunday night so I could be ready to go Monday morning for work.
To kick things off, I am really looking forward to sharing my semi-live scouting adventures in the Wenaha-Tucannon Wilderness and the upcoming bowhunt this fall. Along the way I plan to share lots of honest, unbiased product reviews on the gear I choose.
So for those that have an adventuresome spirit, a need for only the best outdoor/backcountry gear, and those bowhunters that want to be with me every step of the way in my quest for a really nice bull in one of Oregon’s top trophy bull units, Let’s GO!
was that an invite? ha good luck and enjoy your experiences
It will be fun following your Fresh Trax all over Wenaha this year. Oregon state may as well clear your spot in the record book now. Have fun Stan!
Thanks Kevin! Stan may be looking for some additonal help during this hunt so we’ll be in touch!
I have hunted a couple times in Wenaha in the last few years. If Stan wants a few places to check out I would be willing to give up what I know. Don’t think all the big bulls are in the wilderness and miles away from any road. The N.F. in the Wenaha unit is full of elk. Good Luck, I wish I had a big bull tag too.
